Tiles Workshop Frequently Asked Questions
What is Tiles Workshop?
Tiles Workshop runs hands-on workshops where you make your own Turkish mosaic lamp, mosaic mirror or painted glass piece with an instructor. Workshops take place in cities across the United States, and our DIY kits let you make a mosaic lamp at home.
Where are you located?
Our workshops take place at partner venues, such as hotels and restaurants, in cities across the United States, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Austin, San Antonio, Chicago, Phoenix and Denver. Each workshop page shows the venue and address for the date you pick. See every city on our Events page.
How do I book a workshop?
Find your city on our Events page, choose a date, a time and the piece you want to make, then pay at checkout. Payment is made in full when you book, and a confirmation email follows. Everyone who attends needs their own booking.
Do I need any experience?
No. Workshops are made for beginners, and an instructor guides you through every step. In the mosaic lamp workshop you work with pre-cut glass pieces, so you do not cut any glass yourself.
What is included in the workshop?
Your ticket includes all materials and tools, step-by-step guidance from an instructor, and the piece you make. Mosaic lamp workshops also include complimentary Turkish coffee and baklava. Other food and drinks depend on the venue.
