This website is operated by Tiles Workshop (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, “Tiles Workshop” refers to our company, and “Service(s)” refers to all workshops, kits, classes, private events, and online services we provide. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any Services. Your continued use of the website or participation in our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site or participate in workshops.
  • You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright).
  • Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission.
  • Headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit the Terms.

SECTION 3 – WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

  • Registration & Payment: Payment in full is required at booking to secure your spot.
  • Age Requirements: Unless specified as a kids’ workshop, participants must be 18+. Minors must be supervised by a guardian.
  • Arrival: Workshops begin promptly. Late arrivals may miss instructions or project time. No extensions or refunds for tardiness.
  • Behavior: Respectful participation is required. We may remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
  • Completion of Projects: We cannot guarantee final results of projects, as they depend on individual effort and skill.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations made 7+ days before a scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations 2–6 days before a class are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be given on the day of the event, for no-shows, or after the event has taken place.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Processing: Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

SECTION 5 – PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENTS

  • Minimums: Certain bookings require a minimum number of participants or a deposit.
  • Custom Agreements: Private/corporate events may be subject to additional written agreements, which override these Terms where applicable.
  • Cancellations: Custom cancellation timelines may apply, and deposits may be non-refundable.
  • Venue Rules: If hosted at a third-party venue, that venue’s policies also apply.

SECTION 6 – DIY KITS & PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped according to stated timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.
  • Inspection: Contact us within 7 days if items are missing or defective.
  • Returns: Due to health, safety, and customization, DIY kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Use: Kits and instructions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All patterns, templates, instructional materials, images, and workshop designs remain the sole property of Tiles Workshop.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our workshop concepts is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 – LIABILITY WAIVER

  • Participation in workshops involves risks (e.g., handling glass, adhesives, and tools).
  • By attending, you agree that Tiles Workshop is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses during or after participation.
  • Participants release and hold Tiles Workshop harmless from all claims arising from attendance.

SECTION 9 – PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

  • By attending an event, you consent to photos, videos, and media being captured and used by Tiles Workshop for advertising, promotions, and commercial purposes.
  • You waive rights to royalties, revenue, or compensation related to such usage. All copyrights and ownership of media remain with Tiles Workshop.
  • If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing before the event. Attendance without such notice constitutes consent.
  • User-Generated Content: If you tag or share Tiles Workshop content publicly (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), you grant us permission to repost or use that content with attribution.

SECTION 10 – WEBSITE & ONLINE SERVICES

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or site content are error-free. Errors may be corrected without notice.
  • Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining security of your account.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, transmit malware, or violate intellectual property rights.

SECTION 11 – FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or power outages).

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no guarantees that your use of Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiles Workshop will not be liable for damages including lost profits, data, or goodwill resulting from use of our Services.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiles Workshop, its employees, contractors, and affiliates, against claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
